Bookings

Minimum stay 1 month for apartments, 6 months for villas
Check- in: from 3.00 p.m to 7.00 p.m. (***)
Check-out: until 10.30 am

(***) Important notice: All requests for late check-in must be approved by the owner.

For the bookings a confirmation deposit of 25 % of your total stay is required and shall be paid via bank wire.
The rest of the amount will be settled at departure.

• Apartment "Il Casale": from 1650 € per month (minimum stay: 1 month)
• Apartment "Il Viale": from 1650 € per month (minimum stay: 1 month)
• Apartment "La Corte": from 1650 € per month (minimum stay: 1 month)
• Villa "La Posta": from 3000 € per month (minimum stay: 6 months)
• Villa "La Torre": from 3500 € per month (minimum stay: 6 months)

• Use of hair dryer
• Private Parking

Please note: heating costs and final cleaning are not included in the monthly costs.
